    Erection of the equipments/plants to be checked by Senior personal for the factory.

 

Pre Commising Check - Draft Air India Ltd.   Pre Commissioning Checks

    Ref. Document:

      For Air Washer No.Q.P.No.C-181 Dtd 15-5-98.

      For Centrifugal Fans No: Q.P.No.C-182 Dtd 15-5-98

      For Axial Flow Fans No. Q.P.No.C-183 Dtd 15-5-98

      For Ducting No.Q.P.No.C-184 Dtd 15-5-98

    All the points to be checked by Site Engineer and signed copy of the documents to be maintained for review of senior personal before starting the plant.

    TESTING Testing of plant and equipment to be carried out as per the approved test procedure. Result of temp. humidity overpressure, air quantities and power consumption of all motors to be recorded.
