Design  - Draft - Air India Ltd.   Design & Engineering

On receipt of order, we design the system and submit various parameters to the customer.

Design Input :On the basis of information and drawings received from Consultant/client or from tender, the detail drawings are prepared for air distribution system, plant rooms and equipments.Technical data sheets of manufactured and bought out items are prepared.

Review :Design / drgs / data sheets are approved by Sr.Personnel and any recommendation / changes are implemented.

Design Output : Final drawings / data sheets are prepared and sent to customer / Consultant for comments/approval. Based on comments drawing and data sheets are revised and after getting final approval released for execution. Our office is computerised for effective efficiency.

 
  Execution

Project plans are prepared for proper execution of the project:
Following activities to be followed:

    1. Bar charts are prepared.


    2. On receipt of finally approved drawing/ data sheet, bill of Qty. to be prepared for procurement. A separate bill of Qty. for self manufactured items, bought out Equipments and material to be sent directly to site is prepared.


    3. Billing Break-up is given to the customer for their approval.


    4. Commercial aspects of the projects like Bank Guarantee, Security Deposit etc. as per the terms of the order to be completed.


    5. Copies of all these documents are forwarded to the office responsible for carrying out the site activities till completion of project.
